About the Role

The Pickleball & Hospitality Manager will help lead daily operations, guest experience, staff coordination, pickleball programming, food hall support, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, recreation, team leadership, and creating a safe, welcoming, high-quality experience for guests of all ages and skill levels.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily operations across the front desk, courts, food hall, events, and guest experience.
  • Lead and coach front desk staff and assigned food hall team members.
  • Support open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments, group events, and community activities.
  • Help create a safe, clean, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests, players, families, and staff.
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service needs with professionalism and care.
  • Support scheduling, training, communication, reservations, programming, and operational follow-up.
  • Help prepare for opening by supporting staff training, facility readiness, operating procedures, and launch events.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 or more years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of pickleball and enthusiasm for the player/guest experience.
  • Food service, hospitality, recreation, entertainment, restaurant, sports facility, or customer-facing operations experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting events, programs, leagues, tournaments, or group activities.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and app-based technology.
  • CPR and AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a required timeframe.

Schedule

This role requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, opening shifts, midday shifts, and closing shifts based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

This role takes place in an active recreation, hospitality, and entertainment environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, climb, move throughout a 67,000-square-foot facility, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items needed for daily operations and events.
