About the Role
The Food Hall Dishwasher helps keep Picklehall's food hall running smoothly by operating dishwashing equipment, cleaning glassware and trays, and maintaining a safe and organized dishwashing area. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced food hall environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload racks with used glassware, food trays, and assigned items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing room and equipment area.
- Return clean glassware and trays to assigned locations as needed.
- Monitor supply needs and report restocking or equipment issues.
- Support food hall cleanliness, safety, and operational flow.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Prior restaurant, hospitality, food service, dishwashing, back-of-house, or related experience.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to safely work with dishwashing machinery and cleaning materials.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, food hall, entertainment venue, or hospitality environment.
Schedule
This position may require longer shifts, including shifts of up to 12-13 hours, with multiple days off between shifts based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
This role takes place in an active food hall, recreation, hospitality, and entertainment environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees may be required to stand, walk, reach, bend, work around dishwashing equipment and cleaning materials, work for extended periods in a noisy environment, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
- $16.00 per hour for all hours worked.
