About the Role
The Janitorial Staff role helps keep Picklehall safe, clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests, players, families, and staff. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an active recreation and hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness across restrooms, playing areas, food hall spaces, entry areas, and other assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, clean windows, remove trash, and restock supplies as needed.
- Support food hall cleanliness by clearing and cleaning tables and common areas during assigned shifts.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Report maintenance needs, supply needs, spills, hazards, or safety concerns.
- Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Prior janitorial, cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or related experience.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to safely use cleaning materials and equipment.
- Strong customer service skills and a respectful, professional approach.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law.
Preferred Experience
- Experience cleaning restrooms, food service areas, recreation facilities, entertainment venues, or high-traffic public spaces.
Schedule
This position may include morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
This role takes place in an active recreation, hospitality, and entertainment environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees may be required to stand, walk, reach, bend, move throughout a 56,500-square-foot facility, work around cleaning materials and equipment, work for extended periods in a noisy environment, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
- $19.00 per hour for all hours worked.
